The Directorate prepares draft strategies and action plans regulated by the Law for their implementation, prepares draft regulations passed by the Government in accordance with the Law, passes rulebooks and other regulations and guidelines in accordance with the Law, allowing for transparent and full cooperation and participation of other competent authorities, institutions and interested parties.
