Within the 67th Regular Session of the IAEA General Conference the representative of Serbian Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security Directorate had a meeting with the representatives of the European Commission (EC).
The main topics of the meeting were ongoing projects and design f new project financed by the European Commission. This was also an opportunity for the representatives of the Directorate to give proposals relevant for raising the level of radiation and nuclear safety in the Republic of Serbia.
The EC representatives showed their understanding of Serbian proposals and expressed support of the Serbian delegation plans which resulted in agreeing on the preparation and collection of new project proposals in the forthcoming period that will be sent to the European Commission for evaluation.
