Director of Serbian Radiation and Nuclear Safety and Security Directorate (SRBATOM), Sladjan Veinov attended the formal reception which was organized by the US delegation to honour the 67th Regular Session of the IAEA General Conference. The US delegation was led by Jennifer M. Granholm, Secretary at U.S. Department of Energy and Christopher T. Hanson, Chairman of the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission and H.E. Laura Holgate, theAmbassador of the United States to the United Nations International Organizations in Vienna.
This was also an opportunity for an informal meeting between senior managers of Serbian and US regulatory bodies in which Director Sladjan Velinov and Christopher T. Hanson exchanged their opinions on the potential cooperation between these two regulatory bodies.
