{"id":2510,"date":"2019-10-18T12:13:55","date_gmt":"2019-10-18T12:13:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.srbatom.gov.rs\/srbatomm\/division-of-legal-financial-common-affairs-and-human-resources-and-international-cooperation\/"},"modified":"2019-10-18T12:22:06","modified_gmt":"2019-10-18T12:22:06","slug":"division-of-legal-financial-common-affairs-and-human-resources-and-international-cooperation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.srbatom.gov.rs\/srbatomm\/division-of-legal-financial-common-affairs-and-human-resources-and-international-cooperation\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Division of Legal, Financial, Common Affairs and Human Resources and International Cooperation"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The Legal, Financial, General and Human Resources and International Cooperation Sectors<\/strong> carry out the following tasks:<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>the Department for Legal and International Cooperation<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preparation of legal acts of the Directorate;<br \/>\npreparation of by-laws for implementation of the Law governing radiation and nuclear safety and security;<\/li>\n<li>the publicity of the work of the Directorate and the provision of information to the Commissioner for information of public importance;<\/li>\n<li>carrying out appropriate procedures and procedures;<br \/>\ncooperating with other state bodies and organizations and drafting opinions on legal acts;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of bases for treaties, agreements and protocols regarding implementation of cooperation with UN and EU organizations and agencies in the field of radiation and nuclear safety and security;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of elements for accession and implementation of international conventions in the field of radiation and nuclear safety and security;<\/li>\n<li>taking measures to protect classified information;<br \/>\nproviding users with immediate access to classified information;<\/li>\n<li>issuing copies of a document containing classified information;<\/li>\n<li>records of users of classified information;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In <strong>the Department for International Cooperation and Project Management<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>coordination of the cooperation of the Republic of Serbia with the IAEA, other international organizations and bodies;<\/li>\n<li>coordination of the process of programming, preparation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Technical Cooperation Program of the Republic of Serbia with the IAEA;<\/li>\n<li>coordination of the process of accession to international legal instruments and arrangements in the field of radiation and nuclear safety and security;<\/li>\n<li>monitoring the implementation of projects funded by EU pre-accession funds;<\/li>\n<li>participating in the preparation and implementation of the Directorate&#8217;s projects in the field of radiation and nuclear safety and security;<\/li>\n<li>cooperation with other state bodies;<\/li>\n<li>European integration in the field of radiation and nuclear safety and security;<\/li>\n<li>preparations for the process of integration of the Republic of Serbia into the European Union;<br \/>\nco-operation with the ministry responsible for European integration and other state bodies and international organizations and bodies;<\/li>\n<li>harmonization of national legislation with European legislation in the field of radiation protection and nuclear safety and management of radioactive waste;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In <strong>the Department of Financial, General and Human Resources<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>preparation of the financial plan proposal of the Directorate;<\/li>\n<li>preparation of plans and reports on implementation of the budget of the Directorate;<\/li>\n<li>billing and tracking of collection of claims of the Directorate;<\/li>\n<li>public procurement;<\/li>\n<li>human resources, information and general affairs;<br \/>\nthe tasks of control and maintenance of the quality level of the information system and IT services and maintenance of the database;<\/li>\n<li>preparation and exchange of data with relevant security structures in the Republic of Serbia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Legal, Financial, General and Human Resources and International Cooperation Sectors carry out the following tasks: In the Department for Legal and International Cooperation: preparation of legal acts of the Directorate;
