{"id":19248,"date":"2024-04-19T11:17:31","date_gmt":"2024-04-19T11:17:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.srbatom.gov.rs\/srbatomm\/pmf-iz-novog-sada-dobio-uredjaj-za-identifikaciju-radioizotopa\/"},"modified":"2024-04-29T11:57:50","modified_gmt":"2024-04-29T11:57:50","slug":"pmf-iz-novog-sada-dobio-uredjaj-za-identifikaciju-radioizotopa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.srbatom.gov.rs\/srbatomm\/pmf-iz-novog-sada-dobio-uredjaj-za-identifikaciju-radioizotopa\/?lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Faculty of Sciences Novi Sad receives radio-isotope identification device"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Faculty of Sciences from Novi Sad received yesterday a handheld radio-isotope identification device VeriFinder by Symetrica as a donation of the European Commission (EC) and the Joint Research Centre from Karlsruhe, Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.srbatom.gov.rs\/srbatomm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_2802-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19066\" style=\"width:513px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"768\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/www.srbatom.gov.rs\/srbatomm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/IMG_2806-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-19069\" style=\"width:323px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Faculty of Sciences Novi Sad received this instrument which will be used for the education and trainings in the field of nuclear security and nuclear forensics as a sign of appreciation of years of good and successful cooperation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The EC and the Joint Research Centre Karlsruhe, in cooperation with the Faculty of Sciences from Novi Sad, have organized two training courses in the field of nuclear forensics within the European Commission\u2019s Enlargement and Integration activities. The regional training course for the Western Balkan countries under the name of \u201cIntroduction to Nuclear Forensics\u201d was held in September 2019 at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Novi Sad.
